CIT Leadership Registration
Grades 8-9
This is the registration for the CIT program only. If you have a child entering 8th grade and they want to attend camp as a camper fill out the CAMP registration form.
REGISTRATION DATES-
Sportsplex Members February 1st
Non-Members March 1st
If you fill out a form BEFORE the above dates your form will be deleted and you will need to refill one out at the correct time.

Please note that once this form is filled out this is NOT a confirmation of enrollment- The camp directors will email you a confirmation within 48-72 hours confirming your enrollment and total tuition due. Any questions please email Camp Director Danielle at Drusso@sportsplex-nw.com

Payment options
A. Non- refundable registration fee $60/family - waived if you pay in full for camp
B. Cash Discount- If paying cash there will be a $10 per week discount. If paying cash please do not bring CASH in until you receive an email from Danielle stating your total due and date due.
C. Payment Plan- 1/3 + $50 registration fee due at registration, remaining balance due on or before June 1st, 2025 - even if paying cash a credit card must still be left on file. PAYMENT PLAN IS ONLY AN OPTION IF YOU ARE ENROLLING IN THREE OR MORE WEEKS!
D. Cancellation policy- there will be NO refunds after June 1 2026. $60 processing fee per child for cancellations prior to June 1.
