STARTING STRONG.

The Youth Fitness Training Program was specifically designed to introduce twelve and thirteen-year-olds to the fitness center. Our youth members are highly encouraged to meet with a trainer for a strategy session to learn to safely use the fitness floor.

Parents, please remember your young teen still needs to be supervised while working out in the fitness center or attending group exercise classes. You must stay with your child during the workout or class.

Children ages 11 and younger are not permitted to use the Fitness Center.
