Session Types

One-on-One Personal Training
Our nationally certified staff will lead you to exercise success by designing a dynamic program with you individual needs in mind.  Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in duration.

Flexibility Training
Sessions are 30 minutes in duration and can focus on corrective and functional techniques including a dynamic warm-up and/or cool-down.  Sessions are based on improving your neuromuscular efficiency by balancing the bodies muscular system.

Medical Exercise Services
These sessions focus on identifying musculoskeletal imbalances, increasing and/or stabilizing range of motion at each joint, increasing muscular strength, balance, and coordination.  Furthermore, there will be a focus on improving skeletal posture and movement patterns.  In turn, this will facilitate your ability to function occupationally and /or recreationally.

Partner Training
Personal training that takes two individuals with similar needs training together at a more cost and time effective rate.

Steelettos Where Beauty meets Brawn Registration Form
Eight Session Workshop Tuesdays 7:00-8:00PM

“Steelettos” is a weightlifting workshop for women instructed by Olga Ceresnak, power lifter and strength training coach. Have you always been intrigued by free weights or weight training but was too intimidated to ask? If you would like to learn about and experience free weight exercises then this is the workshop for you.

In this workshop you will learn how to:
• Correctly and safely train with free weights
• Increase strength and muscle tone
• Develop a weight training program
• Partner train, meet new friends with similar goals
• Get the more results from a strength training program
• Develop a lean, athletic physique
