Fencing Dragons Club
Fencing develops discipline, balance, coordination, and sportsmanship. Children learn good sportsmanship and self-discipline.
They learn to compete independently as well as for a team; they learn to enjoy winning and profit from defeats, while becoming physically fit and healthy.

Denis Dukhvalov Head to International Competition
As a member of the US National Cadet’s Team, Denis Dukhvalov, 15 is going to participate in the Fencing World Cup held in Godollo, Hungary on Oct 17-18.
Denis has had a great season finishing strong at the US National Championships which placed him #2 in the US National Youth 14 Point List and #14 in the US National Cadet Point List.
Currently, Denis is going through the intense training and conditioning programs in preparation for the upcoming World Cup as well as the number of upcoming North American Cups. Sportsplex wishes Denis the best in his international championship quest.
Basic Monthly Membership:
This membership gives you the right to visit unlimited number of scheduled classes during the month.The footwork sessions and fencing drills are included. The private lessons are not included and require scheduling in advance.
Premium Quarterly Membership:
This membership gives you the right to visit unlimited number of scheduled classes during the quarter. The footwork sessions, fencing drills and 3 private lessons are included.
Instructors
Igor Dukhvalov -
Head Coach: Igor has over 25 years of combined competitive fencing and coaching experience. Igor has earned many titles in Cadets, Junior and Senior level competitions in Belarus and Soviet Union. Coach Igor still actively competes in many local and national level tournaments.
Andrey Chushko -
Coach epee and saber: Andrey is a graduate of Ukrainian State University of Physical Education and Sports. He has over 20 years of combined competitive fencing and coaching experience. Andrey participated in numerous competitions on national and international levels and has won many medals in individual and team events. In addition to coaching, he competes in local tournaments.
Alex Fotiyev -
Visiting Coach: Alex is many times Ukrainian National Sabre Champion.
He has over 20 years of fencing experience competing and teaching sabre and foil.
