For Tyler, fitness has been a part of his life for a long time. Growing up and playing sports since the age of 6.He realized that he wanted to devote the rest of his life to the fitness industry as early as his sophomore year in high school. Tyler started studying Exercise Science as a Junior in high school as he attended the OUBOCES Program in Goshen.
As a high school athlete, he played football, ran indoor track, and played lacrosse. Lacrosse started to be his main focus since he started playing his Junior year of high school. He went on to play in College for Morrisville State College where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion. Tyler realized that if he had started his fitness journey sooner, started to play lacrosse and learn the basics sooner, he could have achieved a lot more.
Tyler’s goal is to get you started as soon as possible and not wait like he did. He believes that if you start right now you have the time to maximize your potential, w. Whether it is to reach peak physical fitness as an athlete or to make your life moving around easier. As a new trainer he wishes to expand his education and knowledge.
When Tyler isn’t in the gym, he is either playing golf, binge watching Netflix, hanging out with his family or the occasional time playing video games.
