Our Festival weekend kicks-off on Fri, Jan 22, 5:30-8:30p. This weekend is all about sampling new classes and experimenting with a format that will enhance your workout routine and create a renewed energy. The best workout routine has balance & changes frequently – every 6-8 weeks, and tricks your body so your brain says “WOW”. If you haven’t said “WOW” lately, now is the perfect time.
Our schedule includes a beginner or 101 track, fairly self explanatory, with one exception, maybe you’re not a beginner and want to learn a new format, like spinning. The beginner track will teach you how to set-up your bike, what’s the lingo and what to expect out of different classes in the same discipline. So from beginner to advanced athlete, we have you covered and the 101 track might be just right for you.
And Yogi’s – come on in, Saturday is filled with adventure and discovery for you. The SPX team of yoga instructors is by far the best collection of talented, educated and passionate yogi’s under one roof. Don’t forget, yoga is included in all memberships, no more $15-$25 per class, no punch cards, no monthly limits. If yoga is your primary discipline/activity or if you’re interested in creating a balanced routine and yoga is missing from your weekly workout, Sat, Jan 23 is all about you.
