New Member Integration Sessions
Each Sportsplex new member is entitled to receive 2 complimentary sessions with one of our personal trainers. These sessions are designed to acclimate new members with the facility and suggest specific types of exercises best suited to the individual.

Your second appointment will give you an opportunity to learn how to correctly use our strength training equipment. In addition to learning the appropriate settings on our Techno-gym circuit, you will be introduced on the correct usage of our Free-Motion and cable units. Your trainer will also demonstrate proper form and technique on our Hammer strength equipment, and design an individualized fitness routine for you.
