Get The Right Start
At Sportsplex you start laying the foundation for great results from the very first day. Our comprehensive three-part orientation process ensures you get the best from your time with us.
Orientation Appointment #1: Assessment
During your first fitness appointment you will be taken through a series of physical assessments such as body fat percentage and BMI calculations to determine your present fitness level. A health history review will identify any pre-existing physical conditions, and you will be given the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals with one of our nationally certified personal trainers. It is at this appointment that you may opt to perform the Activtrax Strength Test.
You will also be instructed on the proper use of the cardiovascular equipment.
Orientation Appointment #2: Personal Training
Your second appointment is a private one-on-one personal training session. During this appointment you have the opportunity to discuss and experience the benefits of various training techniques and how they can improve your quality of life.
This includes learning custom training techniques that will get you to your goals faster.
Appointment #3: Fitness Review
Your third appointment gives you the option or reviewing your customized training program designed by your trainer, or you may opt to enroll in the Activtrax System and have your trainer demonstrate your computer generated personalized workout. Any questions regarding your fitness regimen can be addressed during this appointment.
Celebrate Your Yearly Anniversary
To show our gratitude for your continued commitment to Sportsplex, on the year anniversary date of your contract we will give you two complimentary sessions with a fitness trainer. They will include a full reassessment and program design. Stop by the fitness center to schedule your sessions.
