Sportsplex Success Stories

It all started last summer. One year ago, Maria Giametta and Claudine Lynch became friends and started on a quest to get healthy. Maria had just recently had her third child and want to shed the baby weight while Claudine was looking to tone up and get back on track. What they weren’t expecting was to make Sportsplex their new second home! The summer of 2007 was just the beginning of a whole new lifestyle for these two crazy best friends.

January 2008 is when they say it became an addiction. Suddenly we saw a lot more of the ladies- 5 times a week! They attribute the help and guidance from group exercise instructors Jamie, Jaclyn and Michelle as their inspiration to succeed. To date, Maria has lost 40+ pounds and Claudine has dropped 2 sizes. From Body Pump to cardio circuit class to the basic treadmill, they do it all. Always happy, always laughing, always wanting to do more.
