The Youth Fitness Training Program was specifically designed to introduce twelve and thirteen year olds to the fitness center. After successfully completing session one, your twelve or thirteen year old will be able to use the cardio room during dedicated hours.
Parents please remember your young teen still needs to be supervised while working out in the fitness center or attending group exercise classes.
Each 30-minute session your child has with one of our fitness professionals will focus on the most important aspects of beginning an exercise program.
Children ages 11 and younger are not permitted to use the Fitness Center.
This specialized group training for young athletes (ages 11-17) offers the following:
Build a strong foundation to reduce injuries
Increase their sports performance
Get stronger in order to pass the High School varsity eligibility test
Improve overall health, core and cardio
And have fun while getting fit.
Isaiah Wilson, our Youth Training Specialist, utilizes the main gym with running and agility drills. He also provides exciting circuit style training in our mini gym that include TRX, battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls and functional movements.
We are two different age groups and new session begins July 9th.
