Take the “Just How Fit Are You?” Challenge and earn a chance to win a Sportsplex Personal Training Three Pack.  Compare yourself to Americans of the same age and gender.  First 50 participants will receive a pedometer and exercise band.

Aquatics

Whether you’re a former competitive swimmer or new to lap swimming, our team of professional swim coaches will help you become a stronger in the water.  And for our senior population, try out a Water Exercise class and realize improved flexibility, range of motion and increased cardiovascular endurance.

If you’re not afraid of the water and want to get started on lap swimming for fitness, we’ll see you poolside with goggles, swim cap and comfortable bathing suit…remember your water bottle.
