Zumba Fitness Party
Take a moment to look at what you do for exercise week after week. Now ask yourself if you are benefiting from your workouts? Are you seeing results? Are you getting bored? Most importantly are things starting to hurt on your body that should not be hurting? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Cross Training is an excellent solution! Here at Sportsplex we have a wide range of classes for you to choose from. If you like doing high impact classes keep them to 3-4 times a week. If you like strength training classes keep them to 2-3 times a week. Mix theses classes up with your low–impact classes 2-3 times a week to give your joints a break. For a complete balance keep in mind that you need to have mind/body workouts in your weekly routine 2-3 times a week. Be an educated exerciser. If working out for 2 hours, one hour needs to be a strength training or a mind/body class. Two hours of straight cardio for most people is excessive. Without cross training, your body gets used to doing the same thing day in and day out and you will stop seeing results!
