is a slow, passive style of Hatha yoga that stretches and stimulates the body’s connective tissue.  It helps to move beyond the muscle enabling deep openings, particularly in the hips and spine, promoting the flow of energy, prana and blood through the meridians.

Postures are generally simple, gentle and held for an extended period of time.  This is a relaxing and revitalizing form of yoga that is equally beneficial for beginners to experienced yogis ~ creating a quality of stillness, deep surrender and relaxation.
